Workflow

  1. 01

    Specify

    Tasks, sensors, volume, NDA, and LeRobot version — written before capture starts.

  2. 02

    Calibrate

    Head, wrists, and hub on one timeline. Sync checked before the first episode.

  3. 03

    Capture

    Scripted sessions. Coverage is planned. Deviations are logged.

  4. 04

    Label

    Actions, objects, optional language. Taxonomy versioned with the release.

  5. 05

    Check

    Blur, occlusion, desync, schema. Sampled human review.

  6. 06

    Deliver

    Versioned LeRobot package with a QA note.
